On our way home from Chicago we wanted Indian food. Came across Namaste in Chesterton, IN. We were greeted promptly. Menu was large, but very descriptive. Food was AMAZING! We had 2 entrees, appetizer and a beer. Very reasonably priced and a ton of food! Highly recommend!

Just moved to the area and this will now be our new favorite spot. The food was just as appealing to the eye as it was our tummy’s!!! Our waiter was also fantastic, friendly and helpful! Couldn’t recommend enough 100/10!!!

Enjoyed an incredible dinner here last night. We had Malai shrimp, garlic naan, lamb vendaloo spice level 2, matter paneer spice level 2, and chicken kadhai spice level 5. Everything was AMAZING. Super tasty, perfect spice levels, great flavor. The server was gracious and attentive. Also, I accidentally left credit card here and they had it waiting and ready for me to pick up. If you love delicious indian food with great service in unique setting, with easy access to major highways... if that's important, stop at Namaste. You WILL return.

Delicious Indian cuisine in an unexpected area. This is about halfway to our home and it made for a great dinner. We had the veggie samosas, lamb vindaloo, and palak paneer. Everything was deep in flavor and the spice levels were perfect. 2 on the palak and 3 on the lamb. Yea, the place is an old long John silver's, the bathroom is a little run down and maybe not the cleanest. Honestly, I don't expect the most amazing looking place in Chesterton Indiana but I also didn't expect delicious Indian food Definitely worth a visit.

10/10! Wonderful quick service. Hot fresh delicious food. A cute little restaurant with colorful decor, lots of booth and table seating. We stopped spontaneously on a road trip and we were not disappointed! We tried the chicken vindaloo, samosas, garlic naan, and chicken deal. Every bite was delicious. And read the menu, funny, witty, and descriptive.

I ordered aloo paratha, naan, and chicken dal. The aloo paratha came with a a good yogurt and I believe the lose veggies The chicken dal came with rice All very good.

We loved the food here. We did not go with very high expectations. We were a big group with elderly people and kids. Everyone was very hungry. The service was quick. We ordered basic Indian food . Nothing fancy- tandoori roti, naan, daal makhni and butter chicken. Everything was great and they nailed it. Another person in the group also ordered Biriyani which I don’t think is their forte. We wanted to have chai in the end and they made it fresh for us which was such the lovely gesture. The lady who was serving us was very sweet. Overall we had a very satisfying meal. I would highly recommend this place but do not order fancy stuff. If you stick to the basic you won’t be disappointed at all.
